Doll Quilt Swap 7 - Received

dqs7 received

Look what quiltinkimmie sent me! Isn't it great. Nice and bright and fun. Pineapple quilts are one of my favorites and have been on my to do list. You know the someday-I-will-make-this-quilt list. Maybe I should call it my lifetime quilt list. The quilts I will make sometime in my lifetime. What's on your lifetime quilt list?

Kimmie was sweet to include extras for me.

And goodies for the kids.

The chocolate, craisins and cookies have been eaten. And the beach balls (in the kids bags) have given us hours of entertainment in the pool.

Thank you Kimmie! Your quilt and your package was just what we needed (wanted - hee).

And now here one picture of the meager start of the doll quilt that I am working on for my top secret partner.

a tiny bit of progress

What a pretty pineapple quilt! I'd love to make one of those someday. And a log cabin. And wonky stars. And...and...and. My list is a little bit too long to post here! LOL Enjoy your day! :0)

I love that quilt - it is so cute and all the extra goodies are nice too. Your kiddos seemed pleased with their treats as well. I too am one of those people with an ever growing list of quilts I want to try.

Wow, what a haul! Good on Kimmie! And lucky you :- )

BTW, it looks like we have similar taste when it comes to certain prints. I believe I have a piece of every black and white print you've used in the blocks in your previous post!

oh how exciting!!! Love the pineapple quilt!

I am intrigued by the start of your quilt. Dot and log cabins...two great things that go great together. Can't wait for the great reveal!
