finished....

the quilt top I was working on in the last post.

Naomi's I -Spy

It is for our little neighbor who is turning one next week. They will be gone next week, so it will give me a little bit more time to quilt and bind it. And I still need to finish the two doll quilts I'm making for Doll Quilt Swap 3.

Marguerite is still sick, and my Sister in law and her family are coming up on the weekend to celebrate my Mother in law's birthday. And I'm trying to ignore the little soreness in the back of my throat. Hmmm

I will be posting a tutorial in the next few days on how to make a free pieced flower like this one

That is one cool looking Eye Spy Quilt! Love those Jan Mullen flowers too, I have about 36 blocks of these just waiting, waiting, waiting to be made into a queen size bed cover. Hey, its only been a WIP for 2 years! LOL

i love your flowers! its so funny but i was in a quilt shop the other day and bought a really great book, turned out to be jan mullens free eazy circles. i wonder if subconsciously i was channeling you???
