my daily focus lately - keeping my mouth shut and thinking before i speak. why can i be so thoughtful with my written word and so careless with my spoken word?

that's a hard one to do, the thinking before speaking - i can have that problem sometimes too!

I have verbal diarrhea too sometimes. I am with you on trying hard to think before I speak. I have my pile of scraps so I can make some birds and houses for Lucinda.
